ADDENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE TWENTY-SEVENTH (27TH) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN RELATION TO THE CHANGE OF GENERAL MEETING RECORD OF DEPOSITORS DATE

To: All shareholders of ARB Berhad

Reference is made to the Notice of the 27th AGM of ARB Berhad (“the Company”) dated 15 April 2026 in relation to the AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 15 June 2026.

The Company wishes to inform shareholders that, pursuant to the Circular issued by Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd, Tuesday, 2 June 2026 will be observed as a replacement public holiday in conjunction with Wesak Day and the Official Birthday of His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong holidays. Accordingly, the General Meeting Record of Depositors date as stated in the Notice of AGM is hereby amended as follows:

“For the purpose of determining a member who shall be entitled to attend this meeting, the Company shall request from Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd the Record of Depositors as at 3 June 2026. Only members whose name appears on the Record of Depositors as at 3 June 2026 shall be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the said meeting or appoint proxies to attend, speak and/or vote on his/her stead.”

This Addendum is issued to amend the General Meeting Record of Depositors date stated in the Notice of AGM to ensure compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements. Save for the amendment above, all other details in the Notice of AGM shall remain valid and unchanged. The Form of Proxy already issued shall remain valid and no revised Form of Proxy will be issued.

The Addendum shall be read together with the Notice of AGM dated 15 April 2026.
