Reference is made to the above subject, and in compliance with the disclosure and transparency rules of the Securities and Commodities Authority and the Dubai Financial Market, we would like to inform you that Aramex had sold its stake in Sydney-based "MailCall Couriers Pty Limited" to "ST Couriers Holdings Pty Ltd" for USS32.85 million.

"MailCall Couriers Pty Limited's" revenues in the first six months of 2016 amounted to USS10.6 million.
