Following the disclosure issued by Aramex (PJSC) (“the Company”) on Thursday, 22[nd] October 2020 regarding Ms. Nadia Abu Sarah's decision to step down from her position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective Wednesday, 31[st] March 2021; Aramex PJSC would like to notify the market of the appointment of Mr. Arun Singh (currently serves as Aramex’s Corporate Treasurer) as the Company’s Acting Chief Financial Officer to replace Ms. Abu Sarah and until a permanent Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
