As Sharjah Group Company AGM will be held at 10:00 AM on the 29/03/2017, and given that this meeting time coincides with the trading session at ADX. Trading in SG shares will therefore be suspended from 09:30 am on 29/03/2017 until ADX receives the AGM results.
