RE: EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Arafura Rare Earths Limited ( ASX:ARU ) (“ Arafura ” or the “ Company ”) advises its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held at BDO Australia, Level 9, Mia Yellagonga Tower 2, 5 Spring Street Perth 6000 Western Australia at 10:00am (Perth time) on 5 December 2025. Shareholders who wish to attend can do so at the date, place and time as indicated above. Shareholders are requested to notify their intended attendance to arafura@arultd.com and include their shareholding name, address and HIN/SRN.

Shareholder Questions

Shareholders are encouraged to submit their questions to the Board that relate to the resolutions being considered. These questions will be responded to by the Board during the meeting if appropriate. Questions should be submitted to arafura@arultd.com and include their shareholding name, address and HIN/SRN.

Notice of Meeting

A copy of the Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded online at the following link: www.arultd.com/investor/shareholder-meetings

In accordance with sections 110C-110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Shareholders will not be sent a hard copy of the Notice of Meeting or Proxy Form unless Shareholders have already notified the Company that they wish to receive documents such as the Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form in hard copy.

Voting by Proxy

Proxy votes may be lodged online by using the following link: https://au.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com

Select “View Single Holding”, enter Arafura Rare Earths Limited or the ASX code ARU in the Issuer name field, your Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Security Reference Number (SRN), postcode and complete the security verification process and click ‘Login’. Select the ‘Voting’ tab and then follow the prompts. You will be taken to have signed your Proxy Form if you lodge it in accordance with the instructions given on the website.
