Arabian pipes co. announces the start of the E-voting for its AGM

Arabian pipes co. announces to its shareholders the electronic voting for its AGM that will take place on Saturday 19 May, 2012 corresponding to 28 Jumada II, 1433 at 7 pm in Tadawul Media Centre, Tawuniya Tower, Building No. 700 (Ground Floor), Kind Fahad Road, Olyia, Riyadh.

Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty services portal can vote online starting from 10 am on Saturday 5 May, 2012 corresponding to 14 Jumada II, 1433 until 10 am of the GMs date, So we invite our shareholders to participate and vote online, which is a free service available to all shareholders by visiting Tadawulaty's web page http://tadawulaty.tadawul.com.sa
