Subject: Updates to Aquis Exchange Fee Schedule, effective October 2020

Aquis Exchange would like to inform Members, Vendors and Market Data recipients of upcoming changes to the Fee Schedule, effective from 1st October 2020.
The new Fee Schedule will apply to all three trading venues operated by the Aquis Exchange group:
- Aquis Exchange UK (AQXE)
- Aquis Exchange EU (AQEU)
- Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE)
Trading message count across all three venues will be consolidated to calculate the membership tier, thereby optimising the benefits of the subscription model.
New Membership Tiers (applicable to AQXE, AQEU and AQSE):

*Non-trading membership of AQSE is available for £50 per month.
The following changes will also apply:

Connectivity: The same physical connectivity can be used for all Aquis Exchange (AQXE / AQEU) and/or AQSE platforms, so customers do not need to incur costs for separate connectivity to each of these.

VPN connections will be charged at a cost of £500 per month.
