Subject: Market Data fee changes, effective January 2021

Aquis Exchange would like to inform Members, Vendors and Market Data recipients of the following changes in relation to Market Data fees, effective from 1st January 2021.

The new Market Data Fee Schedule will apply to all three trading venues operated by the Aquis Exchange group:

• Aquis Exchange UK (AQXE)
• Aquis Exchange EU (AQEU)
• Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE)

New Market Data fees (applicable to AQXE, AQEU and AQSE):

As part of the changes, Market Data fees will be separated into a dedicated Fee Schedule for Market Data. 

Please see attached for the new Market Data Fee Schedule, combined to cover the above-mentioned trading venues.

All market data fees will be billed monthly in advance.

For non-Member firms that receive market data directly from Aquis Exchange, under the Direct Data Licence, the market data fee will be waived for the first 30 days from commencement. 

Members and Designated Liquidity Providers are exempt from the direct market data charge if they only hold a Direct Data Licence and do not display or distribute the data externally.
