Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the creator and facilitator of next-generation financial markets, has been notified that Alasdair Haynes, CEO of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 March 2023 at a price of £3.90 per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Alasdair Haynes holds 1,501,551 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 5.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been notified that Dariga Haynes, wife of Alasdair Haynes, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 31 March 2023, at a price of £3.90 per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Dariga Haynes holds 2,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

It is authorised as a Recognised Investment Exchange, which allows it to operate a regulated listings venue. The AQSE Growth Market is divided into two segments 'Access' and 'Apex', with different levels of admission criteria. The Access market focuses on earlier stage growth companies, while Apex is the intended market for larger, more established businesses.
