Board Appointment

Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the exchange services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Vaillant to the Board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. David joined Aquis on 23 September 2019 as Non-Executive Chairman of Aquis' French subsidiary, Aquis Exchange Europe SAS and will continue in this role alongside his directorship of the Group.

David brings corporate and institutional banking skills to the Group, as well as significant knowledge of French financial markets and regulations. Since October 2019, David has been Global Head of Finance, Strategy and Participations at BNP Paribas Asset Management and before that, David was at BNP Paribas' Corporate and Institutional Banking / Corporate Finance FIC division, where he was Head of Banking for EMEA.
