Notice of Annual General Meeting and Replacement Proxy Form

On 28 June 2018 Aquila posted its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018, together with a Notice of General Meeting and Proxy Form.

The Proxy Form did not include all the resolutions, and accordingly a replacement Proxy Form is now being posted to shareholders and will shortly be made available from the Company's website at: http://www.aquilaservicesgroup.co.uk/.
