The Company announces that it has been notified that Mr Derek Joseph, Chairman, has today purchased 135,135 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Mr Steven Douglas, Joint Chief Executive, at a price of 37p per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Derek Joseph's and Mr Steven Douglas' interests in the Company's issued share capital are as follows:
