Purchase of Ordinary Shares for Treasury
The Company announces that on 12 July 2023, it purchased for holding in treasury 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 cent each at a price of 86.5 cents per share, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2022.
Following this transaction, the Company has 21,648,043 ordinary shares held in treasury and 386,577,662 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 408,225,705.
The shares in circulation (386,577,662) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
