Purchase of shares in relation to investment advisory fees

The Company announces that the Investment Adviser purchased 97,086 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of GBP0.79 per share, reflecting the investment advisory fees due for the period from the Company's Initial Public Offering on 2 June 2021 to 31 December 2021. The Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement ("IAA") with Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH (the "Investment Adviser"), details of which were disclosed in the prospectus published by the Company on 10 May 2021 ("Prospectus").

During the first year of its appointment, the Investment Adviser has undertaken to apply its fee (net of any applicable tax) in subscribing for, or acquiring, Ordinary Shares.
