ISSUANCE OF NON-CONVERTIBLE BOND LOAN FOR €50 MILLION

Arco (TN), September 24, 2025 – Following the approval by the Board of Directors on August 28, 2025, and the related press release published on August 28, 2025, Aquafil S.p.A. (Aquafil or the Company) announces that it has today finalized the private placement of a nonconvertible bond for a total amount of Euro 50,000,000 (fifty million), fully subscribed by institutional investors.

The transaction has the following features:

• Issuer: Aquafil S.p.A
• Issue amount: Euro 50,000,000
• Maturity: 10 (ten) years
• Interest rate: 6.05%
• Underwriters: Pruco Life Insurance Company, Prudential Legacy Insurance Company of New Jersey and The Prudential Insurance Company of America
• Issue price: 100.00%.
• Type of notes issued: non-convertible
• Repayment: five constant instalments starting from 2031
• Applicable law of the notes: English law

The bond issue will enable the company to acquire the relevant financial resources on competitive terms and is intended to preserve a balanced financial structure. The funds of the Issue will be used to support the natural development of the company's activities.

Aquafil is a pioneer in the circular economy also thanks to the ECONYL® regeneration system, an innovative and sustainable process able to create new products from waste and give life to an endless cycle. The nylon waste is collected in locations all over the world and includes industrial waste but also products – such as fishing nets and rugs – that have reached the end of their useful life. Such waste is processed to obtain a raw material – caprolactam – with the same chemical and performance characteristics as those from fossil sources. The polymers produced from ECONYL® caprolactam are distributed to the Group's production plants, where they are transformed into yarn for rugs carpet flooring and for clothing.

Founded in 1965, Aquafil is one of the main producers of nylon in Italy and worldwide. The Group is present on three different continents, employing about 2,400 people at 19 production sites located in Italy, Slovenia, Unites States, China, Croatia, Chile, Thailand and Japan.
