PRESS RELEASE

Arco (TN), 20 February 2025 – Aquafil S.p.A. (Aquafil or the Company) [ECNL:IM] announces that Mr. Roberto Bobbio, Group CFO and Manager in charge of preparing corporate accounting documents, has resigned for personal reasons, effective as of 1 March 2025.

Roberto Bobbio will maintain his duties and responsibilities until 28 February 2025. As of today's date, Mr. Bobbio does not hold any Aquafil shares.

The Company expresses its most sincere thanks to Mr. Bobbio for his significant professional contribution and for his profitable support to the Group's activities.

No indemnity or other benefits in addition to those provided for by the applicable national collective agreement are envisaged in favour of Mr. Bobbio.

The Company also announces that it has already identified Mr. Andrea Pugnali, former Regional CFO of the affiliate Aquafil USA, Inc. as the ideal candidate to fill the role of Group CFO: Mr. Andrea Pugnali will formally take on this role as of 1 August 2025.

In order to ensure a seamless transition, the day-to-day management of the AFC division's activities and the smooth running of activities related to upcoming corporate events, all functions currently reporting to the Group CFO will report directly to Mr. Giulio Bonazzi, the Company's CEO.

Lastly, the Company announces that, effective 1 March 2025, it has appointed Ms. Barbara Dalla Piazza, Consolidation & ESG Director, as Executive in Charge of Corporate Reporting, pursuant to and for the purposes of Law 262/05 and art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, and, effective 1 March 2025, it has appointed Mr. Stefano Giovanni Loro, President BCF, as Executive in Charge of Corporate Reporting, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Directive 2022/2464. Stefano Giovanni Loro, BCF President, as the Executive in Charge of Corporate Sustainability pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Directive 2022/2464: Ms. Dalla Piazza and Mr. Loro will hold their respective positions until the relevant responsibilities are assigned to the new Group CFO.

Aquafil is a pioneer in the circular economy also thanks to the ECONYL® regeneration system, an innovative and sustainable process able to create new products from waste and give life to an endless cycle. The nylon waste is collected in locations all over the world and includes industrial waste but also products – such as fishing nets and rugs – that have reached the end of their useful life. Such waste is processed to obtain a raw material – caprolactam – with the same chemical and performance characteristics as those from fossil sources. The polymers

produced from ECONYL® caprolactam are distributed to the Group's production plants, where they are transformed into yarn for rugs carpet flooring and for clothing.
