Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Aqua Bio Technology

ASA ("ABT" or the "Company") on 30 May 2023 regarding the board of directors

resolution to issue consideration shares to Varming Holding AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has

today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Nw.

Foretaksregisteret). ABT's s new share capital is NOK 52,228,02.5 divided into

20,891,561 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.5.
