Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Aqua Bio Technology

ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") on 24 August 2023 regarding the extraordinary

general meeting resolving, among other things, to issue 15,400,383 consideration

shares to the sellers' of Skinteam Norge AS and certain investors, and 9,457,686

private placement shares to certain investors and existing shareholders

(jointly, the "New Shares").

The share capital increases pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has

today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Nw.

Foretaksregisteret). ABTEC's s new share capital is NOK 118,540,742.50 divided

into 47,416,297 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.5.
