AQUA BIO TECHNOLOGY ASA - REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

AQUA BIO TECHNOLOGY ASA - REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

Technology ASA (the "Company") regarding, inter alia, a share capital reduction

and a private placement towards the Company's 140 largest shareholders and

members of the Board of Directors and management (the "Private Placement").

Reference is furthermore made to the stock exchange announcement on 7 January

2019 regarding the general meeting`s resolution on, inter alia, the share

capital decrease and the Private Placement.

The share capital changes has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 29,094,995 divided on

11,637,998 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.50. The new shares will be

listed and become tradable on Oslo Axess after approval and publication of a

listing prospectus, which is expected to occur during February 2019.
