Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued on 7 January 2019 and 4

March 2019 by Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company") regarding, inter alia,

results of the private placement and the following repair issue described

therein and in earlier stock exchange notices (the "Private Placement) (the

"Subsequent Offering").

Board member and primary insider Roger Hofseth has been allocated 94,489 new

shares and 94,489 warrants in the Subsequent Offering at a subscription price of

NOK 2.50 per new share.

Total holdings of shares and warrants in Aqua Bio Technology after the

subscription and sale is unchanged.
