AQUA BIO TECHNOLOGY ASA: EXERCISE PERIOD OF WARRANTS COMMENCES

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABT"

or the "Company") published on 14 February 2019, regarding independent

subscription rights issued by the Company ("Warrants").

Each Warrant gives the holder a right to subscribe for one (1) share in the

Company at a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per share.  The exercise period for

the Warrants will commence on 30 June 2019.

Holders of Warrants who wish to exercise these may do so by providing written

notice to the Company, on the following address:

Investors who require issuance of shares through exercise of Warrants shall

receive these as effectively as practically possible after 1 August 2019 (for

investors who have exercised Warrants prior to 31 July 2019) or after 1

September 2019 (for investors who have exercised their Warrants within the end

of 1 September 2019). The Company will provide payment information for share

deposits following exercise of Warrants.

The exercise period for the Warrants expire on 1 September 2019. Warrants that

are not exercised within the end of 1 September 2019 will lapse automatically

without compensation to the holder.
