Restorsea is now launching several of its products, which are based on ABT's

hatching fluid ingredient (Aquabeautine XL), in South Korea -

Restorsea products are initially launched online in Shilla IPARK Duty Free Shop

downtown duty-free store. South Korea is one of the top 10 beauty markets in the

world, representing nearly 2.8 percent of the global market and it is known that

it is a long process to have cosmetic products successfully registered in South

Korea. The Korean cosmetics industry is said to be years ahead of the western

market, offering products that consumers can't find from North American brands.

ABT has previously announced in 2021 that Restorsea has entered into license

agreements with Nasdaq listed Hydrafacial launched -

The positive trend from Restorsea's commercialization of ABT's proprietary

technology, increases the likelihood that ABT will receive additional renewal

payments and increased revenue from the sale of ingredients and royalties from
