Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) and Mentellow Beauty Brands AS (Mentellow) has jointly agreed to terminate the 3 year distribution agreement signed 2 June 2022 for Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland.
With ABTs acquisition of Cosmed Beauty AS and Ultrabody AB signed 28 July 2022 , ABT covers the market in Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland for end users, Spa Hotels, Spa Cliniques, web shops and traditional beauty shops.
Background for the acquisition of Cosmed Beauty AS and Ultrabody AB (Cosmed): with this agreement, ABT and Cosmed secures the entire value chain from production to end user. ABT also secures distribution for Seiðr, Seiðr Clinique, Moana Skincare, B Natural and future products.
