Aqua Bio Technology ASA - Primary insider Notification

Roger Hofseth, board member and primary insider of Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the

"Company"), has today purchased 4,489,904 shares from his controlled company

Finnvik Eiendom AS at a price of 12.65, through his wholly owned company RH

Industri AS as part of an internal reorganization where long term assets have

been transferred to RH Industri AS. Following this purchase, Roger Hofseth and

related parties will continue to hold 4 514 904 shares in the company,

corresponding to an ownership stake of 24.50% of the total outstanding shares in

the Company.
