The chairman of the board of directors of Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company"

or "ABT"), Jan Olav Ødegård, has received proxies with and without voting

instructions to vote for shares in the Company at the annual general meeting on

9 June 2023 ("AGM"). In addition to the 300 shares Jon Olav Ødegård owns through

his wholly owned subsidiary Ødegård Prosjekt AS, Jon Olav Ødegård is eligible to

vote for 12,966,129 shares in the Company at the AGM, representing 62,06 % of

the shares and votes in the Company.
