Aptitude Software Group plc (the "Group")

Block Listing Application

Aptitude Software Group plc (LSE: APTD) announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 50,000 ordinary shares of 7 1/3 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

All of these 50,000 Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension to the Company's existing block listing arrangements for it Performance Share Plan 2016 (the "Plan") and will be issued from time to time as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Plan.  

It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 March 2020. Any shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
