Aptitude Software Group plc (the "Group")

Block Listing Application

Aptitude Software Group plc (LSE: APTD) provides notification that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing for general business purposes of 1,655,977 Ordinary Shares of 6 3/7 pence each, to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on its main market.

The purpose of the block listing is to satisfy options awarded under:

(i)         the Group's Performance Share Plan 2006 (388,522 Ordinary Shares); and

(ii)        the Group's Performance Share Plan 2016 (407,245 Ordinary Shares); and

(iii)       the Group's Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 and International Sharesave Scheme 2016 (860,210 Ordinary Shares).

It is expected that admission will become effective on 5 August 2019. Any shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
