RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Microgen plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held this morning all Resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 8 March 2016 were duly passed. 

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM, other than ordinary business, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly.
