Grant of awards under the Aptitude 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")

The Company announces that on 29 April 2024 awards in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted under the DBP by the Remuneration Committee to the following Directors. The awards are granted in respect of bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date.
