The Company announces that on 18 April 2023 awards in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted under the DBP by the Remuneration Committee to the Executive Directors of the Company, as detailed below. The awards were granted in respect of bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date.
