APTITUDE SOFTWARE GROUP plc ('Company')

(formerly known as 'Microgen plc')

CHANGE OF NAME

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 25 March 2019, the Company is pleased to confirm that its change of name to Aptitude Software Group plc is now effective.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name and TIDM "APTD", will commence at 08.00am on Wednesday 3 April 2019. The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same.

The Company's website address has changed to: www.aptitudesoftwaregroup.com 

No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in certificated form but any new share certificates will be issued in the name of Aptitude Software Group plc.  Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.

The change of name reflects the Board's expectation that the Aptitude Software business will become the total focus of the Group in the near future, following the proposed demerger of the Microgen Financial Systems business from the Group.
