2014 Final Dividend

Microgen's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2014, released at 7.01 a.m. on 25 February 2015, stated that the recommended final dividend in respect of the year of 2.2 pence per share will be payable on 15 June 2015. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 May 2015 and not on 14 May 2015 as stated in today's preliminary results announcement.
