Grant of awards under the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 ("PSP")

On 26 October 2020 Aptitude Software Group plc granted 3,884 awards in the form of options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the International Sharesave Plan 2016 to Alex Curran, Executive Vice President, North America, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

The options are subject to a three year savings contract and the exercise price of £4.60 is based on the share price at close of business on 23 October 2020, being the dealing day immediately prior to the grant of the options.
