APTITUDE SOFTWARE GROUP plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 11 August 2020, Shirley Whiting, spouse of Peter Whiting, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her personal holding and subsequently repurchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares for her ISA.

Following these transactions, Peter Whiting's total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, including those held by his spouse, remains unchanged, at 16,332 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
