APTITUDE SOFTWARE GROUP plc (the "Company" or the "Group")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 13 March 2020, Peter Whiting, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his spouse, Shirley Whiting, carried out the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 7 1/3 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

1)   Peter Whiting transferred 8,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to Shirley Whiting;

2)   Shirley Whiting sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares from her personal holding and subsequently repurchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares for her ISA; and

3)   Peter Whiting sold 1,382 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding and subsequently repurchased 1,382 Ordinary Shares for his ISA.

Following these transactions, Peter Whiting's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged, at 16,332 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
