In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), Aptitude Software Group plc announces that, as at today's date, its issued share capital comprises 57,337,611 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of all of the Ordinary Shares are identical. The figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares in Aptitude Software Group plc under the DTR.
