Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Microgen announces that, as at today's date, its issued share capital comprises 60,895,354 ordinary shares of 6 3/7 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of all of the Ordinary Shares are identical. The figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares in Microgen under the DTR.
