The Company announces that Barbara Moorhouse, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair-Designate of the Quality and Safety Committee of the Board of Glas Cymru, with effect from 16 January 2023. Glas Cymru is a not-for-profit company which owns Welsh Water.
Barbara's roles as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Aptitude Software Group plc will remain unchanged.
