Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Further to the publication on 26 March 2025 of the Aptitude Software Group plc (the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it has made the following documents available to shareholders:

	·    2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")

The Notice of AGM can be found at: http://www.aptitudesoftwaregroup.com/investors/ on the Reports, Documents and Presentations tab of the Investor Relations section of the website.

The 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. 

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, these documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at 8th Floor, 138 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6BJ at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday 28 May 2025.
