This is to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27[th] January, 2026 for the following matter(s):-

1. To consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 31[st] December, 2025.

02. Other Regular business.

Further, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons”, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has already been closed w.e.f January 01[st] , 2026 and same shall re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of aforesaid Financial Results.
