This is to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28[th] May, 2025 for the following matter(s):-

1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended as on 31[st] March, 2025.

2. To appoint Secretarial Auditors for the first term of five consecutive years.

3. To appoint additional Director on the board

Further, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons”, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has already been closed w.e.f April 01, 2025 and same shall re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of aforesaid Financial Results.
