Sub: Reschedule of Board Meeting due to XBRL technical issues_ APT Packaging Limited

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Clause 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we have given intimation through XBRL file vide acknowledgement No. 0605202405554733 on dated 6[th] May, 2024 at 05:56:08 PM. But, due to technical issue the said date is not reflecting in the BSE listing portal under Outcome tab category while updating the outcome of the meeting.

Hence, the board of directors hereby decided to reschedule the meeting to be held on Thursday, 30[th] May, 2024 at 11.30 am to approve, consider, adopt and publish Audited Quarterly Financial Results of the company for quarter and year ended as on 31[st] March, 2024 and other regular business if any.

The above information is being provided to you under Clause 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
