REFERENCE:- Corporate Announcement dated 23[rd] February, 2023 filed by the company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are in receipt of your email dated 22[nd] September, 2023 for discrepancies in respect of additional details required for the corporate announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding our corporate announcement dated 23[rd] February, 2023 to BSE.

EXPLANATION :- DELAY FOR DISCLOSURE MADE UNDER REGULATION 30(6) OF SEBI (LODR) REG., 2015 AFTER 24 HOURS OF OCCURRENCE OF THE EVENT OR INFORMATION:-

Due to technical reasons the said announcement and respective file was not uploaded on the 14[th] February, 2023 and inadvertently we have forgotten to upload the same to Stock exchange. Later at the time of cross check we came to know the fact on 23[rd] February, 2023 the said announcement was not available under Regulation 30 and we have immediately filed to BSE.

As required the said announcement has been submitted with the outcome of the board meeting which was held on 14[th] February, 2023 vide acknowledgment Number 5163297 within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the board of directors meeting to Stock Exchange. Hence, the act of the company was unintentional we request you to kindly condone the delay as above.

Beside, the full details are already given in our earlier announcement which is reproduced once again as a Annexure I.
