Sub: Intimation/Request for extension in time for Approval of Quarterly and Annual Accounts of the Company due to pandemic of Novel Corona virus (COVID19) – APT Packaging Limited

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of (LODR) and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dt. 24[th] June, 2020 issued by SEBI for Relaxation from Compliance with Certain provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 due to the Covid-19 pandemic regarding the above mentioned subject, that is to inform you that, due to lockdown and prevent the spread of the novel corona virus (COVID19) the operations of the company restricted as per direction of Local authority of Aurangabad City of Maharashtra where the registered office of the company and factory is situated.

We have taken full efforts to comply the direction issued by SEBI vide their circular mentioned as above for updating Quarterly and Annual Financial Accounts for the period ended 31[st] March, 2020 on or before 31[st] July, 2020 but it looks unable to manage the same in proposed time lines.

Further, the registered office of the company is situated at Aurangabad district of Maharashtra which is in RED ZONE and therefore our account personals unable to attend the office work regularly.

The internal auditors and external auditors also intimated company for non-conducting audits due to non-availability and migration of their staffs.

Looking into the pandemic situation in the city of Aurangabad district of Maharashtra, we hereby request and intimate BSE for giving us the extension for approval of Quarterly and Annual financial accounts of the company for the year 2019-20 till 31[st] August, 2020 considering the situation beyond our control.
