Board Meeting To Be Held – Half-Yearly Report

The Board of Directors of APS Bank plc is scheduled to meet on Thursday 27 July 2023 to:

• consider and approve the consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023; and
• consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, subject to the due regulatory approvals being forthcoming in due course.

A Market Briefing will follow on the same day at 1400 hours CET. The hybrid event will be held at APS Centre, Tower Street, Birkirkara, and livestreamed, with interactive Q&A.
