APS Bank hereby announces that following the public offer of its new shares and the listing of its entire shareholding on the Malta Stock Exchange, the two shareholders holding 5% or more of the Bank's issued shares are as follows:

AROM Holdings Limited and the Diocese of Gozo have submitted the relative notifications relating to major holdings to the MFSA.
