Bond Issue

Reference is made to company announcement APSB53 dated 24 October 2023 wherein details on the issue of up to €50 million 5.8% unsecured subordinated bonds due 2028–2033 ("Bond Issue") was communicated.

Based on information held by the Authorised Intermediaries and preliminary indications received from them, the Bank will be closing the Offer Period at 15:00 hours on the day of its opening, i.e. tomorrow Monday 30 October 2023. All applications received by this time will be processed. A company announcement with details of the Allocation Policy will follow in due course.
