APS Bank informs that Ms Noorul-ain Khan, Chief Operating Officer, is no longer in the Bank's employment with effect from today 1st March 2021.

Given that the position is one that carries regulatory approval, the MFSA has been notified accordingly.

There is no matter concerning Ms Khan that requires disclosure in terms of the Listing Rules.
