Establishment of subsidiary of Apranga APB in Lithuania

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-05-14 14:55 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apranga APB established the 18th of its subsidiary Apranga HLT UAB, which will operate Zara Home stores in Lithuania. The established company has share capital of EUR 75 thousand. First Zara Home store opening in Vilnius is expected in the second half of 2015 in shopping center Akropolis. Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
