Establishment of subsidiary of Apranga APB in Estonia

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-07-05 14:06 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apranga APB established the 22nd of its subsidiary OÜ Apranga HEST, which will operate Zara Home stores in Estonia under agreement with Inditex. The established company has share capital of EUR 50 thousand. First Zara Home store opening in Tallinn is expected in September 2016 in shopping center Ülemiste. Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
